Why send invoices?
For Visio to track your store’s Cost of Purchased Goods (COG), it needs access to the fiscal documents of your purchases.
This is done through XML files from electronic invoices, which allow the platform to automatically analyze costs, identify variations, and generate reliable indicators for your management.
Without submitting these invoices, it is not possible to accurately track input costs in your operation.
Ways to send your invoices
Visio offers different submission methods. You can choose the one that best fits your routine.
A1 Digital Certificate (Recommended)
If your company uses an A1 digital certificate — the type installed directly on a computer without the need for a token or smart card — you can grant access for Visio to automatically retrieve your invoices from Sefaz.
This allows invoices to be imported directly into the platform, without manual submission.
To activate:
- Send the A1 digital certificate;
- Provide the company’s CNPJ;
- Send the certificate password.

💡 Important:
There is no need to purchase a new certificate. Visio can use the same certificate already used by your accounting team or other invoice management systems.
Email submission
Another option is to forward emails received from suppliers that contain the invoice XML files.
Simply send these emails to:
Our servers will automatically import the documents into the platform.
Recommendations:
- Do not send compressed files (ZIP or RAR);
- You may send multiple XML files in the same email;
- Duplicate XML files are automatically ignored.
Automatic email forwarding
If you use Gmail or Outlook, you can set up automatic forwarding of supplier emails to Visio.
This eliminates the need for manual submissions.

Other alternatives
If your email provider does not allow automatic forwarding, you can still:
a) Manually forward supplier emails
or
b) Ask suppliers to send invoices directly to Visio
If a supplier states that only one recipient email can be registered, don’t worry — Visio can forward the invoices back to you afterward.
