What is the Video Center?
The Video Center in Visio is a library of already reviewed checkout events, used for:
• Historical reference
• Training
• Reports and exports
Video Center screen displaying event cards.
What can you do there?
In the Video Center, you can:
Filter events by:
• Users (employees involved)
• Event categories
• Event severity
• Time range
Watch the videos of reviewed events
Access the original checkout for more context
Export selected events for reports or follow-up
In addition, during the event review screen, it is possible to save specific videos to make them easier to find later in the Video Center.
This feature is especially useful for:
• Events that require closer attention
• Cases that need to be evaluated by more than one person
• Situations that require alignment before any conclusion or action
Video Center filters open, showing options for user, category, severity, and time period.
What should not be done
- Do not reinterpret decisions that were already made during the review.
- Do not evaluate very old events as the basis for current decisions, to avoid losing context and timing.
- Do not use videos in isolation as proof without considering the context of the original review.
The Video Center is a reference and support tool, not a place for new analysis or judgment.
Final connection
Events are:
All within the cycle explained in “How you can follow Checkout in Visio.”
