š What is Visio Goals?
Visio Goals was created to help managers and franchisees easily track their revenue targets on a daily basis, increasing the chances of success.
Visio Goals allows your team to track progress toward revenue targets in a clear and actionable way. Now, you can break down your objectives into daily goals, adjust your strategies, and boost your business resultsāall directly within the Visio platform, without complexity.
With Visio Goals, it becomes clearer:
- The daily revenue needed to reach the monthly target
- The number of transactions your team needs to achieve
- The ideal average ticket for each store to reach its goal
š How are the goals calculated?
Goals for your store can be defined in two different ways:
When you donāt provide a target, Visio sets one automatically:
We use each storeās revenue history to calculate a realistic target that motivates your team. We consider the growth of the previous month compared to the same month last year and add 2 percentage points to encourage healthy revenue growth.
Example:
If we are setting a goal for March 2025, we analyze February 2025 revenue and compare it to February 2024. If growth was 5%, we apply this same rate to March 2024 revenue and add 2 percentage points, resulting in a 7% growth target compared to March 2024.
When the store already has its own goals:
If you are a franchisee and already have a defined revenue target, you can simply share it with us through a form. Visio Goals will use this value as a reference to distribute daily targets, prioritizing an increase in average ticket (rather than the number of transactions).
For daily targets, considering the day of the week is essential. In both cases above, the growth rate is applied to the same weekdays of the corresponding month in the previous year.
Example:
For the daily goal on Monday of the first week of March 2025 (03/03/2025), the revenue from Monday of the first week of March 2024 (04/03/2024) is used as the reference and multiplied by the growth rate.
š Why is it easier to increase average ticket than transactions?
Increasing the average ticket is a practical and traditional way to improve revenue.
Instead of focusing only on increasing the number of transactionsāwhich may require more effort in management and marketingāmanagers can work with their team on strategies to sell more add-ons, combos, and beverages, ensuring more sustainable growth.
š How to use Visio Goals in daily store operations?
Ideally, the store manager should check Visio Goals every day to understand the mission for that day. We recommend creating incentives for employees, linking the achievement of the monthly target to benefits (such as rewards, meals, bonuses, etc.).
A manager can use Visio Goals to:
- Track daily progress toward the monthly target
- Adjust sales strategies based on required transactions and average ticket
- Keep the team motivated throughout the month by communicating clear and achievable daily goals
