Visio Pista Overview
Reading this will take just a few minutes and will help you understand how to monitor and improve sandwich quality in your store.
Visio Pista is a Visio solution that uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze the quality of sandwiches produced in your store based on a sample of images.
Its goal is to ensure standardization, support continuous team training, and contribute to reducing COGP (Cost Of Goods Purchased), based on visual evidence of what is being delivered to the customer.
The platform does not evaluate intentions or replace store management. It identifies deviations from the expected assembly standard, transforming these observations into organized visual data that make it easier to provide objective feedback and take operational improvement actions.
Since assembly behaviors tend to repeat, continuous use of Visio Pista allows you to track quality evolution over time, reinforcing best practices and correcting inadequate patterns.
Visio Pista works as a continuous cycle of:
AI analysis → User review → Example consolidation → Feedback and training
How a Daily Review Works
Visio’s algorithm automatically selects a day of operation and generates a review task with a representative sample of the sandwiches produced.
The review is carried out by the operator, who analyzes the sandwiches identified by the system, approving those within standard and rejecting those outside of it. During this process, examples are automatically organized for use in team feedback.
This workflow allows the operator to review an entire day of production in just a few minutes, without the need for continuous in-person monitoring.
Step-by-step to Review a Day
1. Access Visio Pista
- On the platform’s homepage, select the Visio Pista icon (snack and drink icon labeled “Pista”).
2. Choose the Processing Day
- On the product’s homepage, select the task corresponding to the day you want to review. Tasks are listed on the left side of the screen.
3. Review the Main Elements on the Screen
When opening the review, you will find:
- Progress bar (top): shows how much of the review has been completed
- Image cards (center/right): each image contains sandwich information and access to the assembly video
- Side menu: quick access to other Visio products
- Comment field (bottom): for notes related to the image
How to Review Sandwiches
To perform a complete and useful review for operational management, follow these steps for each image:
1️⃣ Evaluate the sandwich and choose a review option
Select one of the available options:
- Approve: for sandwiches within standard
- Super Like: for the best examples of the day
- Reject: for sandwiches outside standard
- Reject and justify: to record the reason for rejection
- Discard: for images without sufficient quality for analysis
2️⃣ Identify the employee (artist) responsible for the assembly
Whenever possible, record the employee responsible directly on the image card.
This step is important because it allows you to:
- Better organize individual feedback
- Recognize strong performance (Super sandwiches)
- Identify training needs
- Track team evolution over time
3️⃣ Move to the next image
After selecting a review decision, the platform automatically advances to the next image.
At the end of the review, all images are organized into tabs (Approved, Rejected, Discarded, Super) ready to be used as examples in feedback and training sessions with the team.
How Long Does a Review Take?
A complete review usually takes around 5 minutes, allowing you to monitor production quality without interrupting the store’s routine.
