Quick access to the platform via smartphone

You can access the Visio platform directly from your mobile phone, with the same user experience as on a computer.

The installation is simple and works on both iOS and Android devices, allowing you to monitor your operation from anywhere.

⚠️ Important:

The Visio app is not currently available in app stores. Installation is done directly through your mobile browser.

How to install on iPhone (iOS)

Step 1 — Access the site in Safari

Open the Safari browser and type:

cliente.visio.ai/login

Step 2 — Log in to the platform

Use the same username and password you use on your computer.

Step 3 — Open the share menu

Tap the Share button, located at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4 — Add to Home Screen

Select the “Add to Home Screen” option from the menu.

After this process, the Visio icon will appear on your iPhone’s home screen, functioning like an app.

How to install on Android

Step 1 — Access the site in the browser

Open your phone’s browser and type:

cliente.visio.ai/login

Step 2 — Log in to the platform

Enter your credentials as usual.

Step 3 — Open the browser menu

Tap the three-dot menu, usually located in the top right corner.

Step 4 — Install the app

Select the “Install app” option from the menu.

A shortcut will be created on your home screen, allowing quick access to the platform.
