Where to view revenue
Visio Analytics allows you to track your unit’s revenue in a clear and comparative way, gathering sales data into detailed reports and interactive charts.
After logging into the Visio platform with your credentials, you can access this information directly from the side menu.
How to access the Sales Report
After logging in:
- Click on Analytics in the left menu;
- Within the Visio Analytics section, select Sales Report.
This report allows you to:
- Track the unit’s revenue;
- Compare different time periods;
- Analyze performance by sales channel and payment method.
How to configure the report filters
To view the data correctly, complete the required fields at the top of the screen:
Establishment
- Select the store or group of stores you want to analyze.
Period
- Define the main date range for the analysis.
Comparison period
- Choose an additional date range to compare results.
Sales channel
- When available, allows filtering by specific channels (counter, delivery, etc.).
Update
- Click the button to generate the report with the selected filters.
Consolidated sales summary
Below the filters, a summary with the main indicators for the selected period will be displayed.
You can hover over the information icon next to each item to see detailed descriptions.
The main indicators include:
- Revenue – Total value of valid sales, including fees.
- Valid receipts – Number of completed fiscal receipts, excluding cancellations.
- Sales receipts – Total number of receipts considered, excluding canceled ones and employee consumption.
- Average ticket – Net revenue divided by the number of valid receipts.
Charts available for analysis
The report also includes charts that help interpret the store’s performance from different perspectives.
Daily revenue
- Shows the evolution of sales throughout the selected period.
Distribution by establishment
- When there are multiple units, shows each store’s share of total revenue.
Payment methods
- Displays the payment methods used, including transaction volumes and corresponding values.
Monthly revenue by year
- Allows comparison of monthly performance across different years.
Delivery contribution to revenue
- Includes two charts:
- Daily comparison between counter and delivery sales;
- Percentage share of delivery in total revenue.
Tip for using the charts
In comparative charts, you can click on the legends to hide specific elements.
This allows you to:
- Focus on a specific channel or period;
- Simplify the view;
- Perform more objective analyses.
