How to Access the New Visio Platform

You have been invited to the new Visio platform. Access it with the same email and password you currently use, and several new products are already available there.

1. Go to app.visio.ai and click on Log in

2. Enter your email address and password to continue.

Access is now through your registered email, no longer by user ID. Use your usual password and click Sign In with password.

3. Forgot your password? Recover account

You will receive an access code in your email and create a new password.

3.1 Click on Recover account

3.2 Enter your email and click Continue

3.3 Enter the code you received in your email

4. Done, you are on the platform
Use the side menu on the left to navigate. The new Visio Goals is already available here, alongside other products and the Solutions, Workflows, and Tasks sections.

5. Link your Google account for access

We recommend linking your Google account: you can sign in with one click, without relying on a password. Go to auth.visio.ai.

5.1 Click on Open settings
 

5.2 Under Security, scroll down to Social Login and click Link google auth.visio.ai

Done! Congratulations on completing access to the new Visio platform. From now on, with your Google account linked, everything becomes even simpler in your daily routine — you have all products, Solutions, Workflows, and Tasks gathered in one place. Explore the side menu, discover the new features, and enjoy this new phase with us.
